Kavita has been associated with Varroc for 4 years. She carries 32 years experience in Human Resource function. As the Global CHRO Kavita leads our Employee development and change management initiatives. Prior to working at Varroc she was leading the VP and Global Head HR at Infosys Limited for close to a decade.
Prior to Infosys Limited, Kavita has added value to the HR function using her people management skills at WNS, Mphasis (previously Msource), Arvind Mills – Telecom Division and Alfa Laval.
She is an alumni of SIBM (Symbiosis Institute of Business Management ) having completed her Masters in Human Resources. She is also an alumnus of Symbiosis Law and is a gold medallist in LLB (Gen). She holds a Bachelor of commerce from Pune university.
She is a frequent speaker at Business , Education and Industry forums. She has been awarded by Economic times – HR Excellence summit in March 2016 for her contribution to Transformational leadership. She was also the Past President of NHRD Pune Chapter 2014-2016.
