- My journey with Varroc for the past 3 years has been an incredible ride. Taking up the Supplier Quality function was a challenge for me but I’m always open to learning things that I haven’t done before & each challenge have strengthened me to make me the person I am today. - I have been associated with the Varroc Family for more than 6 years. It has been a memorable and joyful experience. I started my first profile as a System Coordinator where I was exposed to all functions and activities of the Plant. I also got a chance to proudly represent the Plant in various internal as well as external forums like Kaizen Competitions, seminars, customer audit etc. This gave me a lot of learning which I didn’t in my earlier work. Each activity and challenge has strengthened me to make me the person I am today.
- I had a very good experience and exposure at Varroc. Driven through its core values, Varroc not only has an open culture but also encourages female talent to break the glass ceiling.
